WHAT IS A 3D VIRTUAL TOUR?

A 3D Virtual Tour allows viewers to interact with real-life spaces through an immersive 3D model and explore a space with the sense of really being there within the comfort of their own environment. Using a 360 camera we are able to capture all areas of an existing building allowing the viewer to walk from room to room and see the layout, fixtures and fittings from any angle.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

The 3D Model shown is an existing car showroom that was for sale for a potential customer. Utilising the 3D model the customer was able to determine all the available space. The work that would be needed to convert for their own space and calculate the costs involved. The number of site visits were reduced from the various contractors who would be helping with the development saving time and money.

HOTEL/ RESTAURANT

Following a refurbishment our client wished to capture the new look and feel of the Hotel & Restaurant allowing customers to see the transformation. With the 3D Virtual Tour this experience was available to view and explore encouraging customers to make their reservation and enjoy the new and improved dining experience.

CAFÉ / COFFEE SHOP

This existing café had been allocated for a re-fit, but to help understand the existing layout a 3D Virtual Tour was completed. This enabled the client to determine exactly what features, fittings and equipment was already in place. Understanding what could be re-used and what needed to be replaced. This model was also shared with a number of contractors allocated to complete the works providing them with specific details without the need to visit site.

RETAIL STORE

Our client required an As Built Survey of one of their trading Superstores to understand the full layout and positioning of all fixtures, fittings and merchandise locations. We completed a survey and produced a standard 2D CAD Plan, but to support further we completed a full 3D Virtual Tour of the Store. The model shown demonstrates the front end of the store, but with the full store model our client was able to visualise all aspects of the store. This also led to a reduction in site visits for the various contractors as they arranged Zoom meetings sharing the model and discussing the store without leaving their office. A great way to save money and also reduce their carbon footprint reducing contractors travelling.
